The Benefits of Joining a Resident Union are many.  As a United Group we have more leverage to negotiate with Sun Communities than individual Neighbors, hopefully forcing Sun to negotiate in good faith.  Our Union provides a shield against unfair or retaliatory evictions.  Our Resident-Union can force improvements on site, such as fixing potholes, updating our aesthetics, and ensuring a safe Community for all.
